Assessment: The first step in solving problems in development projects or in the case of defective products in the field is an assessment of the current state. During this phase, all information that led to the problem is collected. All parties involved are considered and project-results or defective products are analyzed in detail. From this, an assessment-report will be created that reflects an objective and comprehensive description of the current situation.
Expert-analysis: A scientifically based, but still easy to understand expert-report is created by professional evaluation of the assessment-report. The expert-report provides all information about the circumstances that led to the current problems and who is ultimately responsible.
Problem-solving: The expert-report is the starting point for deriving an efficient problem-solving approach. As a result, typical actions taken are structural-changes or design-changes in development projects and software- or hardware-updates of defective products in the field (work-arounds). Due to our experience with product development projects, we can also efficiently support this phase.
